The Committee of External Affairs is responsible for maintaining and strengthening a network of valuable contacts for SVS and its members. The committee carries out this task under the leadership of the Commissioner of External Affairs.
Having a strong network is crucial for a student association, as it can bring many benefits to both the association itself and its members. Committee members can improve and expand their own network as well as their communication skills. Commitment and perseverance are expected from them.
In addition, the Committee of External Affairs organizes the annual SVS Careerdays in the second semester, where members can explore various career opportunities. The committee also organizes educational activities throughout the year, such as lectures and workshops.
Finally, the Committee of External Affairs is responsible for the SVS merchandise. Some examples include the very popular SVS sweaters, SVS socks, and tote bags!
